Chicken Marinara – a ‘leftover’ winner

I had an unexpected guest last Monday evening, and always being the one to feed my guests I knocked this up with what I had to hand.

I had quite a lot of my Marinara Sauce left and some chicken left in the freezer from my bag I bought from Iceland for the Chicken in Creamy Mustard Sauce

There isn’t really a method to this recipe…I fried up some onion and garlic with the chicken breasts then added my sauce and sprinkled it with some Mozzarella cheese I had leftover….and kept adding seasoning and a splash of balsamic until I had the flavour ‘just right’

I served it all up with a portion of pasta and some frozen green beans (89p a bag)….It was a leftover winner 🙂
